Aurora
Aurora Aksnes, born June 15th of 1997 in Stavanger and professionally referred to as Aurora sometimes stylized in uppercase in the form of AURORA is an Norwegian singer and songwriter. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves is an album released in May 2015 from Decca Records. It has received a lot of praise from media and bloggers. She has previously recorded two high-profile covers Half the World Away by the band Oasis to promote a Christmas ad by John Lewis and Nature Boy by Nat King Cole. Katy Perry posted a video in which she endorsed Runaway. It earned her some attention. Celebrate the special occasion. Aurora Aksnes first musical memory was when she discovered a keyboard in her loft and being intrigued by its sounds. Jan Oystein Aksnes was her father. The Aksnes family encouraged her to not to do music just to have fun or to aid in growing, but that she must take it seriously. She started writing songs of her own. Bjork as well as Leonard Cohen are among her most favored songwriters. Her mother had informed her that her music can not only aid in her efforts to achieve fame however, they could also help others understand their value within the global community and see how they can benefit from her songs She decided to start playing in front of the public. When she began playing the piano, she was only six and was writing her first song by the time she was nine. Her family didn't hear about her music until she reached 14. Aurora was not a dream of her childhood. She claims that she enjoys creating songs. She believes that music is the most effective method of feeling anything.
